You have the right to return the products you bought and request either their replacement or the cancellation of the transaction and the refund of the price, in cases where you were delivered incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, invoicing , in shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.)
You must contact us immediately, and no later than three (3) calendar days from the delivery of the product through our online contact form or the company mail (info@eratusproject.com).
Within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery of the product, send the product to the Eratus Project in the condition in which you received it, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg from Retail) and its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) In any case the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition they were received, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and also be in excellent condition. To secure the product it would be advisable to pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment
The defective product is returned through the cooperating courier company and the costs are borne by us (“consignee charge”) In case you choose a different way of sending the defective product, then the shipping costs are borne by you.
After the return of the products, the defect you have mentioned is checked and then you are contacted, within three (3) calendar days from the delivery of the product, regarding the results of the check.
You have the right to return the products you bought in cases where you changed your mind about buying the product and request the cancellation of the transaction.
Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product you must send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal or an express declaration letter to info@eratusproject.com.
Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment you inform us, you must send us the product. The product should be sent either with the cooperating courier company, or through a courier company of your choice at your own expense.

The return does not apply to products that have been ordered and manufactured specifically for you and tailored to your needs. Also excluded for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, items of personal care or items that have close contact with the human body and which have been unsealed after delivery (such as indicative and not restrictive, underwear, etc.).
Within 14 days from the day we were notified of the withdrawal, we will refund the price you paid for the purchase of the product (including any shipping costs).
The refund of the original purchase is made with the same method as the payment at the time of purchase, unless you explicitly express your wish that the refund be made by another means.
